We wanted to take a moment to let you know that we are taking COVID-19 very seriously. Our priority is the health and safety of our team, vendors , family , clients and community. We have and will continue to take the necessary precautions to ensure this. We are closely monitoring CDC , state and federal guidelines and as information comes out.
We are working with all our brides and clients who are currently affected by COVID-19. This is a quickly changing landscape, with new regulations being announced everyday in regards to gatherings.
If indeed your wedding is affected by COVID-19 and you would like to reschedule, we will do our best to work with you.
We are happy to transfer your non-refundable retainer fee to the new date.
As we book up to a year in advance, there is a possibility of being unavailable due to other confirmed bookings. In this case, we ask you to please be understanding in the possibility of my team being part of your rescheduled wedding date. Although hopefully I can still personally be part of your day.
As this is such a widespread issue for all vendors in our industry, there will be many brides in a similar situation rescheduling for later dates. To lessen the possibility of unavailable artists, my suggestion is to be open to dates that are not on a Saturday (as they tend to be the most popular wedding day of the week).
We know this may seem like a lot of information up front, but we want to make sure we can answer any related questions that may arise.
